With this plant structure an high surfactants polluted wastewater is mainly treated by a biological process for the removal of the biodegradable surfactants fraction combined with a chemical-physical separation by a patented flotation reactor in order to treat the no biodegradable fraction with a total final percentage removal up to 99%.
